Morning from London!
I am from Edinburgh and unfortunately we have far too many 'girls' (I say that as they all now look 34 rather than 19 due to their excessive sun bed usage over the past 5 years) running around with bleach blonde hair and disgusting different shades of oompa loompa skin.
Please find attached a few photos of a particularly bad offender called [name omitted], please also feel free to name and shame her.

Why, oh why do these retards keep wearing lip stick that's lighter than their skin tone! It looks completely ridiculous.

This look was big in my home city about 6-7 years ago. They'd often put foundation on their lips instead of lipstick. Plus not brush their hair for months on end. I still don't get it.
