Melasma! I am a sunscreen fanatic, all day, every day. Just a short time in FL, with sunscreen, spent predominantly in the shade, and I had a similar marking (light melanin spots, not nearly that dark) on my face. It's chick hormones, plus a reaction to even ambient sunlight or short direct sunlight, and it happens even with sunscreen. That tan just makes it that much worse.
That is a bad self tan or tanning salon spray tan for sure. Plus a little sun to sweeten it up a bit. Time for a little touch up spray or a massive exfoliation.
Haha..it looks like a skid mark on her face. I wonder if theres one in her undies to match. Actually nevermind, I don't wish to know.
